As for the Schiavo court case, Federal intervention, and emergency hearings in the right to live, if you call PERSISTENT VEGETATIVE STATE a way to continue on through tubes and machines, then by all means stay out of it and give the husband his rights. Can a couple get closure in 'until death do we part?' or not? I say his call and what right does a state or federal judge have in deciding the matter? Court cases please.
