We had a small cable problem with a couple of lower chanels. We called RCN to see if they could send someone out to fix the cable. The tech that came out screwed up our DSL cable service as a result of his "fixing the tv cable problem". He plugged in the wrong cable ports and DSL ports in the splitter. So as a result of his error, we had to call another RCN tech to fix the first guys problem. So now that the bill for that period is here we see a 85.95 service charge. Mind you this is more than the cable and DSL monthly charges all together. Needless to say, I can't figure out for how they can expect us to pay this much for an error caused by the RCN tech.
