Watching most of the Bucs/Flacons game. Talk about a team that has folded and given up hope for the season, the defending champs may beat out the Giants for that award. (On review of the Cowboys/Giants game) I take it back. The Saints play to get the TD to force OT, only to miss the PAT for the season ending loss is just amazing. One high HIGH to one super low.
The home field in the NFC just went from Philly to St. Louis with the L to the 49ers. The Vikings destruction of the Chiefs shows that they really don't play that good of defense. With all of the NFC playoff teams winning it leaves the Packers as the odd team out. Philly, St. Louis, Minnesota, Dallas, Seattle, Carolina appear to be in. The AFC has New England, Colts, Chiefs, Titans, Baltimore, and it looks like Denver beating out Miami. No predictions until January.
As for LOTR final installment, Return of the King. Not that bad a movie. Some good fighting scenes, but some reallllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyy lonnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg draaaaaaawwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn out scenes. The computer graphics of the dead ghost fighters was a little eerie, but made wonder were they really able to fight and whipe out the Orks? And the surviving of Mount Doom lava fields? Hmmmmm....the Eagles would have arrived a little late IMO. Last of the Samuri was better though.
